Brooke Grierson

Brooke is the steady current behind the scenes, keeping projects moving forward and afloat. As the Production Assistant at Mountainwood Homes, she helps ensure every project stays organized and on track. With 16 years in the mortgage industry and additional experience as a recruiter and compliance auditor, Brooke brings strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and a deep understanding of managing complex workflows.

“I see my role as working behind the scenes to help keep the remodeling process running smoothly,” she says. “It’s all about making sure everything clicks into place and the project stays on track.”

From early planning through final warranty support, Brooke coordinates the schedules, supports the team, and ensures clear communication between clients, trade partners, and the crew. “What I enjoy most is being part of the journey that transforms someone’s living space into something they truly love,” she shares. “No two days are the same, which keeps things fresh and exciting.”

She credits her success to being a team player and staying adaptable. “I take pride in being reliable, communicating clearly, and jumping in to help wherever I’m needed.”

Outside of work, Brooke loves to travel and explore the outdoors. She enjoys snorkeling, white-water rafting, swimming, and relaxing at the beach—especially at Cannon Beach on the Oregon Coast. She’s a true water lover and even has cage diving with great white sharks on her bucket list. As a big fan of live entertainment, you can find her at Blazers games, concerts, and plays. She’s also a proud University of Oregon alum who never misses a chance to cheer on the Ducks.
