Ammon Hardy is a Project Developer at Mountainwood Homes who helps plan and execute projects that meet homeowner’s goals while staying within budget.

Ammon is upbeat, positive, and energetic. He’s dedicated to finding solutions for his clients and the team, so it’s a win/win for all involved. With a bachelor’s in business management and finance from a small liberal arts college in Virginia, Ammon spends his days “running the numbers” and putting together the scope of work to clearly define what’s needed and the cost to bring the project to life.

Ammon’s background in problem-solving and customer service includes cleaning construction sites with his brother and working in door-to-door sales. These experiences honed his communication skills and resilience.

Drawn to Mountainwood Homes for its family-oriented culture, Ammon was impressed with how long the team had been around. He enjoys meeting new people and learning about different construction techniques.

“The most rewarding projects are when we’re really solving a major pain point for a family,” he adds.

Ammon appreciates clients who are kind and open-minded.

“You can only adjust the budget so much, but if you’re open-minded, we can come up with many different ways to solve their needs,” he explains.

In his free time, Ammon enjoys tackling home projects, hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with his wife and two daughters.
