About

Adam has been building things since he was a kid: bike jumps, backyard forts, anything he could throw together with scrap plywood. At 14, he started framing houses with his cousin during summer breaks, sparking a lifelong fascination with how things go together and how structures come to life.

After working for painting crews and completing a carpentry apprenticeship, Adam spent years in commercial construction and restoration. He even ran his own business briefly before joining Mountainwood Homes. He met Robert through a mutual friend in excavation, made the call, and soon found himself on a framing crew in Beavercreek with his bags on, working alongside Robert himself.

Now, as Warranty Manager, Adam is the go-to guy for anything that needs attention after a remodel or custom home is complete. “If a client needs help, we’re there. It’s about taking care of people.”

His teammates describe him as dependable, helpful, and a true team player. With a steady presence and dry sense of humor, Adam brings a level-headed, no-nonsense approach that clients, trade partners, and teammates appreciate.

What makes the job rewarding is the variety. “It’s something different every day. Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and knowing where to go for the answers,” he added. “Helping clients get their issues resolved—that’s what it’s all about.

Adam understands what it’s like to be a homeowner facing issues after investing in your home. “You paid good money for something, and when it’s not working, it’s frustrating. We take that seriously. Like the mechanic you trust who goes above and beyond. we want our clients to feel the same way about us.”

Outside of work, Adam enjoys anything outdoors, from camping, hunting, fishing, and being on the lake with his family. He loves heading over the mountains to his favorite spots, such as Prineville, Camp Sherman, and Sisters. With grown kids, wakeboarding and spending time with his grandkid have become favorite pastimes. He’s also into music. A former garage band drummer, Adam now plays acoustic guitar for fun. “I’m not great, but I enjoy it, and I’m really good at air guitar.”
